Manufactured by an incarcerated individual for close-quarters combat within a correctional facility.

Description

Compact improvised prison weapon constructed from a shaped steel blade with a handle formed by multiple layers of tape. A sharpened section of the blade projects from the taped grip, while the remaining steel is enclosed within the handle. The tape shows wear and discoloration consistent with handling.
