Two original Wagner Group morale patches featuring a cracked human skull being struck by a sledgehammer, encircled by the bilingual inscriptions "НИ ШАГУ НАЗАД" and "NOT A STEP BACK." The sledgehammer became one of the most recognizable symbols of the Wagner Group, representing the organization's identity and internal culture, and gained international notoriety after being associated with executions of alleged deserters and prisoners during Wagner's operations in the Middle East.
Both patches display extensive battlefield wear and operational patina. One example exhibits a pronounced pinkish discoloration of the white embroidery consistent with blood staining, while the second shows heavy fraying, abrasion, and thread loss across the central skull and surrounding inscription.
