A functional but demilitarized Russian fiber-optic FPV kamikaze drone known as the Ushkuynik Prince Vandal of Novgorod (KVN). The system utilizes a fiber-optic guidance cable, visible wound on a black spool mounted to the drone, through which control signals are transmitted during flight. This method reduces susceptibility to electronic warfare and radio-frequency jamming compared to conventional radio-controlled FPV drones.
