The composition is arranged as a dense collage of Mexican, cholo, family, and street-culture imagery.
A central female figure in a large sombrero is surrounded by additional women, including a partially nude figure at left, while several moustached men in traditional Mexican dress fill the upper and right portions of the scene. Near the upper center, a man affectionately holds and kisses a baby, introducing a family element into the composition.
On the lower left, a sad cholo / gang-member figure is shown drinking from a bottle, while demonic skull-like figures appears to loom over or attack him. Elsewhere, another cholo figure wearing dark sunglasses is rendered in a clown-inspired style, smoking and integrated among the surrounding street and skull imagery. Additional motifs include spectral skulls emerge from the smoky background, partially superimposed over the surrounding figures and imagery.
