Association

MF Operativa 66, a Cártel de Sinaloa hit squad operating in the Chiapas region under the command of the high-ranking sicario known as "Vagancia," the central figure featured in the book Sicario Warfare. The unit was reportedly established in 2025 in support of Mayito Flaco (Ismael Zambada Sicairos), son of Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada, as part of his armed faction of the cartel.

Description

Black MOLLE-compatible ballistic vest bearing a large embroidered identification panel reading "MF OPERATIVA 66." The initials "MF" refer to Mayito Flaco, indicating the unit's allegiance, while Operativa 66 identifies the operational cell. The vest displays operational wear consistent with field use and is attributed to Vagancia, who commanded the unit during its operations in southern Mexico, making it a documented example of equipment used by one of the newer armed cells aligned with Mayito Flaco's faction.
